He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Schilling; his pet Ebi; his children, Cheryl Ritchie (Chris) of Atlanta, IL, Michael Case of Peoria, IL, Misty Lester (Ron) of Fall River, KS and David Ralph (Brooke) of Topeka, KS; his grandchildren, Sharaya, Delaney, Jackston, Asher, Hudson, Carsyn and Camdyn; and his siblings, Richard Case (Jan) of Atlanta, GA, Betty Raker of Orange Park, FL and Dr. Barbara.
