He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard M. Roeder and Mildred Young Roeder; and his son Howard Michael. He is survived by: his spouse Joan Severns; his children, Catherine Schultz and William Roeder (Ruth); his grandchildren, Lindsay Wasocwicz (Chris), Lauren Schultz, Jessie Roeder, Leslie Rothan (Chris) and Billy Roeder; and his sister Joan Van Hecke of Davenport.
