He is survived by: his children, Rick Mahrt of Bartonville, Bryon Mahrt (Cathy) of West Peoria and Kathy Hankins (Alan) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Abigail McKinley (Justin), Stephanie Mahrt, Marcia Patlan (Vince), Jason Hankins (Stephanie) and Melonie Young (Jerome); his great grandchildren, Andrew, Skylar, Taylor, Ashton, Brendan, Elijah and Ella; and his pet Bootsy.
