He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pedro Jose Hernandez and Mercedes Lytle (Acevedo); his wife Teresa Foulks (Hickman); his children, Antina Hernandez of Tennessee, Charles Foulks V of Gainesville, GA, Nicholas Tomlin (Amanda) of Middleburg, FL, Sara Vanderwulp (Matthew) of Green Valley, IL, Stephanie Osborne of Fort Pierce, FL and Samantha Callaway (Benjamin) of Auburn, IN; and his siblings, Larry Hernandez of Miami, FL, Merry Maxton of Hollywood, FL, Ralph Hernandez (Dorcas) of Lakeworth and Paul Hernandez. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation to ensure more children have a chance to experience the kind of joy he wanted to provide for his children and grandchildren.
