He is survived by: his grandsons, Isaac Johnson and Avery "Gus" Johnson; his siblings, Rick Myers (Teresa) and Recka Brackney (Myers) of Bartonville; his nieces, Nicole Rabe (Myers) and Kim Leman (Myers); his great-nieces, Sarah Roberts, Kylee Rabe and Emily Rabe; and his close friend Ed.
