Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Earl Eugene Higgins of Bartonville, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 89, on November 16, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Higgins and Ellen Higgins (Berry). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his son Richard of Peoria; his adoptive son Christopher of Lacon; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Tiffany of Washington; and his grandchildren, Ryan Higgins, Austin Higgins, Allisyn Higgins, Drew Higgins and Connor Higgins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Limestone Community High School, care of the Earl Higgins Memorial Scholarship Fund.
