He was predeceased by: his stepmother Jean Hacker; his sister Denise Tripp; and his niece Hilary Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his children, Angela Noel (Jeremiah) of Washington, Sarah Seybold of Peoria, Liberty Binegar (Travis) of Bartonville, Josephus Seybold, Ethan Hacker and Carter Hacker; and his siblings, Keith Hacker (Gail), Gary Hacker (Laura) of Bartonville, Tracey Shortridge (Kenneth) of Bartonville and Kim Petersen of East Peoria. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
