She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard H. Bergantz and Selma V. Bergantz (Barnes); her former spouse Marion Jester; her daughter Rhonda Jester Morris (Jon) of Bartonville; her husband Roger Kortemeier; her stepsons, Richard Kortemeier of Bartonville and Christopher Kortemeier (Cindy Burnside) of Bartonville; her sister Janet Mavetz of Peoria; her grandchildren, Brandon Morris (Brittany), Brittany Kirkpatrick (Kord), Zachary Kortemeier (Michelle), Alyssa Kortemeier, Ashley Wolters (Jake), Danielle Eccles (Casey) and Robyn Kortemeier; and her great grandchildren, Easton, Brysen Wolters, Macie Hill, Brooks Morris and Eden Kirkpatrick. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Living Waters Lutheran Church (7229 Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL 61614). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
