She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Whitney and Ruby Whitney (Foster); and her sister Pat Wellman. She is survived by: her husband Lewis "Buddy" Snook, Jr.; her children, David Snook (Helenmarie) of Metamora, Daniel Snook (Nancy) of Bloomington and Lynn Lenz (Andy) of Geneseo; her grandchildren, Andrea Lenz, Jennifer Snook, Michelle Snook, Katherine Carius, Andrew Lenz and David L. P. Snook; her great grandchild Calvin Carius; and her brother Richard Whitney (Patty) of Moweaqua, IL..
