He was predeceased by: his parents, Odey J. Pipkins and Eula Lee Pipkins (Morris). He is survived by: his daughters, Angie George (Rob) of Bartonville and Carmen Pipkins of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Kimberly Green (Mitchell), Abbie Seaton (Brad), Natalie Jones (Jordan) and Ashley Pugh; his great grandchildren, Weston, Porter, Oliver, Maggie, Norah and Griffin; and his siblings, Tom Pipkins (Cathie) of Peoria and Ann Pipkins of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
