It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Thompson (Bartonville, Illinois), who passed away on August 7, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thompson and Ruby Thompson (Musgrave). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Heitzman; his children, Dawn Thompson of Bartonville, Illinois and Kevin Thompson of Bartonville, Illinois; his pet Junior Pujols Thompson; and his sisters, Sue Crothers (Aubie) of Laveen, Donna Vala of Peoria, Illinois and Patty Reck (Joe) of Peoria, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church or to the Bartonville Volunteer Fire Department.
