It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Darlene Downey of Bartonville, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Downey and Viola Mae Downey (Segler); and her brother Clifford Prather. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Wilson (Nita) of Ohio, Brenda Theobald (Carl) of Princeville and Michael Downey of Bartonville; her nieces, Stacey Walker of Ohio and Beth Theobald of Washington State; her nephew John Theobald of Missouri; her great-niece Jessica Wilson of Kentucky; and her great-nephews, Ethan Theobald of Missouri, Noah Theobald of Missouri and Gavin Theobald of Missouri.
