He was predeceased by: his grandfather James Lyle Allen. He is survived by: his parents, Suzanne Allen and William Hickson Prince; his wife Trista Moore; his children, Savannah and Jayse; his sisters, Neely Ann Prince of Vancouver and Lindsey Madigan of Columbia City, IN; and his grandmother Doris Allen of Macomb, IL. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
