She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Duhs, Danielle Durham (Noah), Will, Sami and Shelby Weathersby; her great grandchildren, Cameron Durham and Caroline Durham; her brother Jim Fields (Jean) of Bartonville; her parents, Mary Fields (Nelson) and Charles Butler; her husband Cheryl Duhs; her children, Christie Doloszychi, William Butler, Cathy Butler-Weathersby and David Duhs; her grandchild Cameron Durham; her great grandchild Jim Fields; her husband Charles Butler; and also, Pastor Wayne Yeager, Michael Doloszychi, David Butler-Weathersby, Noah Durham and Jean Fields. She is also survived by Brother Betty was preceded in death by her parents.
