She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee K. Neal and Evelyn Neal (Roodhouse). She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" L. Mercer Jr.; her children, Richard "Rick" D. Mercer (Lisa Repholz) of Morton, IL, Randal "Randy" L. Mercer (Lisa) of Peoria, IL and Christina "Christie" Hannah (Lance) of Chillicothe, IL; and her grandchildren, Erica Harouff (Stephanie) of Andrew Mercer, RJ, Marissa Wenger (Grant), Stephanie Hannah and Ethan Hannah. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bartonville United Methodist Church.
