He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Michael (Patricia), Michelle and Farrah; his siblings, Winnie (Connie) and Divina (late Alexander); his nephew Leslie; his nieces, Mary Joy, Kristine (Chad) and Chelsea; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Trinity and Mikayla; and his siblings-in-law, Adolphus (Louisa) and Benedicto (Jean). He is also survived by many relatives, friends.
Funeral Service will begin promptly at 12Noon and then the visitation will continue until 4:00 p. m. During visiting hours, it is still recommended to follow the current State of Illinois Guidelines, and guests should continue to wear masks and practice social distancing.
