He is survived by: his son Michael Kulla (Denise); his stepchildren, Jeanine Evans (Tom), Justin LaMonica (Katrina) and Jennifer Dannatt; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Daniel Evans, Blake, Callie Dannatt, Luca, Mateo LaMonica, Jessica Fry (Adam), Joanna Garland (Jeff), Megan Collins (Chaz), Chelsey Pyle (Taylor), Michael Richard Kulla and Ashley Kulla; and his brothers-in-law, John Fiduccia (Birgit) and Joseph Fiduccia (Patricia).
