He is survived by: his wife Indumati Chokshi; his siblings, Navinchandra Chokshi, Ramaben Parikh and Ushaben Shah; his children, Dhaval and Kalpesh Chokshi; and his grandchildren, Puja, Priyam, Parth, Riti and Anuj.
