As Patricia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Patricia. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Laura Machonis Douglas (Jim) and Greg (Kathy); and her grandsons, Chris, Lane and Necti.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory (950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
