Leonardo Rivera Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leonardo Rivera of Bartlett, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marciano Rivera and Eugenia Rivera; his siblings, Zoilo, Emeterio, Ofelia, Ricardo, Lilia and Teresita; his wife Jovita; his children, Leonardo Jr. Rivera (Arlene), Lorena Manalansan (Dio), Jonathan Rivera, Jackie Burns (Kelly) and JoAnne Khedkar (Uday); and his grandchildren, Julius, Jason, Jeremy (Ada), Arianne, Samantha, Dean, Joshua, Jack, Katie, Lily and Mia.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory (950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
