It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laurie Slimak of Bartlett, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jerome Szajek. She is survived by: her husband Patrick; her children, Jacqueline and Andrew; her mother Betty Szajek; her brothers, Michael (Susan), Robert and Lawrence Szajek (Anita); her uncle Alvin; and her aunts, Stella Gerk and Gladys Yant.
Due to the current Covid situation we are limiting the amount of people in our building to 50.
