She was predeceased by: her father Donald Fortier; and her brother Michael Fortier. She is survived by: her mother Carol Lehman (Herman) of Glendale Heights, Illinois.; her husband Michael Barr; her children, Brandon and Ashley Barr; her siblings, Diane Macek (Jerry Przybylka), Dawn Hernandez (Jesus) and Donald Scott Fortier; her nephews, Sean, Chad Macek, Jesse and Daniel Hernandez; and her niece Dianna Zamora (Eric).
