He was predeceased by: his siblings, Santina Martinez, Ramon Martinez, Maritza Martinez and Carlos Rivera. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Ann Martinez, Sarah Simonelli (Anthony) and Christina Jasso (Ricardo); his grandchildren, Ricky, Sarina, Max, Winnie and Michael; his siblings, Felicita Claudio, Gloria Nieves, Robert Martinez (Marta), Moises Martinez, Edwarda Diaz (Tony) and Edgardo Martinez (Jenny); and also Margaret Martinez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory (950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Montrose Cemetery.
