He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Joseph Grzelak and Helen Grzelak; and his siblings, Louis and Mary Grzelak.
He is survived by: his children, Jacklyn Grzelak-Boehne, Laura Stace (Chuck), Julie Griffin (Eric) and Jamie Dunn (Rob); his grandchildren, Kyle, Charlie, Kyli, Max, Emily and Logan; and his sister Dolly Steed (Jim).
