She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Krusienski and Anton Krusienski; her husband Jack; her sister Eleanor; and her brother-in-law Mickey Conff.
She is survived by: her brother Walter Krusienski (Maryann); her children, Thomas Perry, James Perry, Dennis Perry (Maggie), Michael Scott Perry (Maria) and Jacqueline Majka (Jeff); her grandchildren, Karen Lichon (Nathan), Jocelyn Melling (Daniel), Matthew Perry, Nick Perry (Miranda), Tim Perry (Anna), Timi Grulke (David), Trevor Majka (Jennifer), Rina Hart (Chris) and Jeffrey Majka (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Azalea, Benjamin, Vivian, Nathan, Jonathan, Evelyn, Brady, Jeffrey (JJ) and Lincoln; her nieces, Judith Delaney, Annette Strocchio (Tony) and Margie Goodell (Todd); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rebecca, Kayleigh, Kira, Mark (Jennifer), Patrick and Michael (Erin); and also, Kaitlyn, Aiden, Connor, Rex, Zachary and Jackson.
