She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; and her son David Perz. She is survived by: her children, Michael Perz (Sue) and Michele Canchola (late Jim); her grandchildren, Heidi Van Rite (Jason), Adam Perz (Katherine), Benjamin Perz (Ashley), Michael Blake (Timberly), Sean Canchola (Maria) and Jill Canchola (Tom); her great grandchildren, Jim, Brock, Caden, Luke, Laela, Keagan and Jacquelynn; and her brother-in-law Tom Perz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
