She was predeceased by: her father Jakob; her husband Simon Balansche; her grandson Kevin Byrne; and her sister Helen. She is survived by: her children, John Balansche (Doreen) and Helen Byrne (Vincent); and her grandchildren, Caroline Schmauderer (Scott), Timothy Byrne (Zoryana), Veera, Katya Byrne, Amelia, Hailey, Brendan Schmauderer and Aaron Byrne.
