He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kampwerth and Rose Mary Kampwerth; his brothers, Henry (Johanna), Richard, Marcel, David (Mary) and Simon Kampwerth; and his adoptive father Brian Kluemke (Samantha) of Bartelso.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Christine Kampwerth of Trenton and Barbara Kampwerth of Carlyle; and also, Dylan, Logan and Gavan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Cecilia Catholic Church and will be received at the mass or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, PO Box 117, Germantown, IL 62245, who is serving the family.
