He is survived by: his mother Carol "Kelly" Hazelrigg (McNeil); his wife Debbie Ervin; his son Robby Ervin (Deanna) of Barry, IL; his pet Shelby; his grandchildren, Mariah, Brianna, Dylan and Sara; his great grandchild Edgar; his brothers, Rick Hazelrigg (Rhonda) of Barry, IL and Chuck Hazelrigg (Paula) of Plainville, IL; his sister-in-law Sally Shakespere; and his nieces and nephews, Emilee, Whitney, Mariah, Chloe, Charlie, Mathew and Zach. He is also survived by 3 great nephews & 2 great nieces.
