She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Miller; her husband John H. Tice; and her brother Kevin Miller. She is survived by: her mother Carrie Vaughn Miller; her children, Nicole Bareis of Barry, IL and David Butler of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Addison Bareis, Alysa Bareis, Ryan Butler and Lilly Butler; and her sisters, Mary Bowen (Curt), Lisa Pennock (John) and Angie Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
