He was predeceased by: his father William E. Smith; and his brother Randy Smith. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ann Smith (Constable); his spouse Chris Sappington; his children, Cole Smith of Barry, IL, Collin Smith of Quincy, IL and Carly Labby (Traye) of Pearl, IL; his grandchildren, Braelyn Labby and Bostyn Labby; his siblings, David Smith of Barry, IL and Chris McConnell (Kyle Estell) of Concord, IL.; his nieces and nephews, Troy, Alicia Smith, Trevin Smith, Tanner Smith, Caitlin Smith, Brent Smith, Matthew Smith and Kayce Smith; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason Smith, Brayden Smith, Rylan Smith and Madison Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Niebur Funeral Chapel and due to COVID 19, masks will be required by all attending.
