It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra K. Smith of Barry, Illinois, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Selvy and Darlene Loos Selvy; her mother-in-law Marian; and her brothers-in-law, John'Bill' and Richard Leroy Smith.
She is survived by: her husband George R. Smith; her daughters, Carrie Moore (Christopher) of Barry, IL and Jennie Smith of Collinsville, IL; her sister Karen Gerding (Daniel) of Plainville, IL; and her in-laws, Clara Kasten, Dora Fesler (Joe), Kenneth Smith (Debbie) and Joye Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
