Russell W. Howell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell W. Howell of Barry, Illinois, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on March 9, 2021 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russell W. Howell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Howell and Nellidene Fusselman Howell; his brother Richard "Rich" Howell; his parents-in-law, Robert and Pauline Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Elbert Miller and Ruby Howell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Billings (Donnie) of Alachua, Dawn Miller (Mike) of New London, MO and Alicia Rollins (Brandon) of New London, MO; his siblings, Ronald Howell (Nora), Rodger Howell (Patty), Kevin Howell (Clara), Raydene Miller and Roberta Rodgers (Earl); his brother-in-law Roger Phillips (Penny); his grandchildren, Trevor Billings (Summer), Tyler Billings (Faith), Mikie Miller, Memphis Miller, Bodie Rollins, Darby Rollins and Piper Rollins; and his great grandchild Sawyer Billings. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
