He is survived by: his spouse Larissa Forshey; his mother Patsy; his sons, Troy Smith (Alicia) of Barry, IL, Trevin Smith of Barry, IL and Tanner Smith of Barry, IL; his siblings, David Smith, Steve Smith (Michelle) and Chris McConnell of Bluffs, IL; his grandsons, Mason, Brayden and Rylan; and his great-niece Braelyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
