She is survived by: her husband Frank Puffenberger of Barry, IL; her children, Krystal Weaver (John) of Bushnell, IL, Kara Puffenberger of Barry, IL and Klayton Allen of Barry, IL; her grandsons, Xandar Weaver and Quinton Weaver; her stepsons, Danny Puffenberger of Taylorville, IL and Sammy Puffenberger of Taylorville, IL; her siblings, Deanna Dixon, Ray Hively, Shelly Allensworth (Mike), Donna Hively and Linda Walker (Steve); and her siblings-in-law, Larry, Terri Puffenberger, Marchele Matherly, James Matherly, Brian Puffenberger, Alicia Lewis (Bobby) and Kaydee Matherly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
