She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Shreacke and Dorothy Shreacke (Wolfe); her husband Edwin M. Ward of Anthony's Church; her parents-in-law, Foster and Mildred Ward; her brother-in-law Gordon Barker; her nephew Greg Barker; and her great-niece Lynn Barker.
She is survived by: her son Stacey Ward (Michelle) of Barry, IL; her sister Joyce Barker of Payson; her nephew Jeff Barker (Dee Dee) of Barry; and her pet Possum. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, great- great nieces and nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home (1435 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pike County Animal Shelter.
