He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen F. Foster and Mary Jo Foster (Welbourne); his children, Dr. John D. Foster (Karen) of Taos, NM and Judge Dulce J. Foster (Joe Muretta) of Minnetonka, MN; and his grandsons, Jacob Stoltzfus, Justin, Lucas Foster of Taos, NM and Galen Muretta of Minnetonka, MN.

Memorials are suggested to the Pike County Animal Shelter.
