He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ralph and Mary Loyd Gully; his wife Bonnie Wendorff; his siblings, Lloyd Gully, Leo Gully, Leslie Gully, William Gully and Leona Gully Howard; his cousin Walter Strubinger (Nelle); his stepmother Clara Yelton Gully; and his stepsiblings, Judy Smith and Dick Burgdorff.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Hechler (Ronald) of Barry; his granddaughters, Jean Conkright (Devin) of Barry and Anna Hechler of Quincy; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Nolan and Eva Conkright of Barry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
