He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Schulz and Virginia Dunker Schulz; his former wives, Rita Sue Moore and Rita Sue Schulz; and his grandson Hoyt Austin Stout.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Harrison McDannald; his children, Lloyd Edwin Schulz of Hannibal, MO, Herbert Austin Schulz (Teresa) of Barry, IL, Jan Gates (Rob) of New Canton, IL, Tracy Stout (Greg) of Smithton, IL and Susan Renae Schulz Stark of Ely, NV; his grandchildren, Ashlynn Schulz (Jacob Jarrett), Autumn Schulz, Herbert Avery Schulz, Alicia Loutzenhiser (Dan Levato), Shannon Gates, Garrett Stout, Bailey Estelle Schulz, Kaycee Belle Schulz and Logan Alexander Stark; his stepdaughters, Beth Steiniger (Mark) of Litchfield, IL and Angela Allensworth (Kevin) of DeWitt, IA; and his siblings, Jack Schulz (Barb) of Philadelphia, MO, Judy White of Palmyra, MO, Janet Hamilton of Springfield, TN and Jena Schulz of Quincy, IL. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren; thirteen step great grandchildren.
