He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Williams and Donna Williams (Wilson); and his siblings, Loren "Bud", Hayes, Robert "Bob" Williams, Wanda Rafferty, Dolline Maddox, Nadine Wood, Ilah June Wahlbeg and Beulah Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Parker (Marc) of Collinsville, IL; and his grandchildren, Grant Parker and Madison Parker. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
