He is survived by: his children, Walter Tinsley of The Woodlands, TX, Leta Hartley (Dale) of Liberty, IL, Kathy Goehl (Todd) of Quincy, IL and Cindy Howard of Baylis, IL.; his grandchildren, Amy Barks, Jason Reynolds, Elisha Bechtold, Greg Howard, Stephen Howard, Johnny Bryant, Alisha Stolte, Rich Lish, Brandon Lish, Rachel Summers, Douglas Hartley, Melaine Taylor, Regina Taylor, Bryan Fee, Tyler Fee, Courtney Fee, Tyler Goehl and Taylor Goehl; and his siblings, John Minear of Columbia, Barbara Neff of Hannibal, Wanda Goewey of Nebo, Claudia Cox of Hannibal and Mary McAfee (Dean). He is also survived by 37 great grandchildren and one great - great grandchild.
