She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Pryor and Virginia Moyer Pryor; and her husband Clarence "Cork" Forshey. She is survived by: her children, David Forshey (Cindy), Mark Forshey, Starr Wolfe, Kay Ann Fairless (Frank), Scott Forshey and Penny Forshey; and her siblings, Lori Whitlock (Harley) and Norman Pryor. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and a special niece and great niece.
