She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Howell. She is survived by: her mother Glorine Howell (Badgley); her husband Cecil Scranton; her children, Wayne Scranton (Paula), Oleta Birkbeck (Jered), Cecily Scranton and Tiffany Scranton; and her siblings, Shelia, Charlotte and Mike. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
