He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Duke and Jean Duke (Bofinger); his brother Ned Duke; and his wife Penny Duke (Williams). He is survived by: his children, Adam T. Duke (Susan) and Eden Melanie Duke (Matt); and his grandchildren, Hunter and Killian.
