With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Anthony Drost (Barrington, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Drost and Alice Drost; and his siblings, Stephen Drost and Gail Kazmierczak (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Drost; his sons, Nicholas Drost (Sara) and Michael Drost; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Valorie and Wynne; and his brother James. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Russell's name may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (givenow.lls.org).
