She was predeceased by: her husband Roland Higbee Sr.; her parents, Pasquale "Michael" Cairo and Mary Cairo; and her aunts and uncles, Elsie Belucci, Tony Cairo (Antoinette), Leonard Futia (Jean), Sarah (Joseph) and Theresa (Bud).
She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry Cairo (Marian) and Betty Ann Woodward; her cousins, Laura Andersen (Michael), Michael (Jessica) and Ian; her stepchildren, Roland Higbee (Julie), Susan Visor (Roy) and William Higbee (Mandy); her grandchildren, Jessica Schoenburg (Alan), Olivia, Nate Visor, Spencer and Kayla Higbee; her great grandchildren, Julian and Leo; and also Lena (Stephanie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
