She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Banks (Ray) and Marguerite Banks; her siblings, Rita Rolando (Carl), Alice Randall (Stan), Mary Anne Banks, Maurice Banks (Sue) and Tom Banks (Maxine); her son Raymond Martinek; and her former husband Clarence Martinek.
