He was predeceased by: his son Curtis L. Cudnowski. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Debra Cudnowski (Dennis Leahy), David Cudnowski (Kathy), Cathleen Dixon (David) and William Cudnowski (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Theodora, Curtis P., Katie, Chris Cudnowski, Grace, Nate Dixon and Basia Leahy.
