He is survived by: his wife Carri; his children, Megan Lackey (Colin), Taylor Nelsen (Cori Abood) and Mikayla Nelsen; his grandchildren, Ava, Maddie and Michael Lackey; and his brother Glenn Nelsen (Collene).
