He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Peters and Dorothy Peters (Schreck). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rose (Meier); his children, Scott Peters (Trish), Bruce Peters, Jeff Peters (Nancy) and Wendy Maychszak (Van); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Yellin and Carl Meier (Reiko); his in-laws, Carl and Helen Meier; his siblings, Patricia Gehrke (Arthur) and Fredrick Peters (Shirley); and his brother-in-law Ben Yellin. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Parkinson's Research Foundation.
